Should your appeal be denied by the BIA, there are circumstances that may allow you to present your case before a U.S. Federal Court of Appeals. You will need to file a Petition for Review within 30 days of the board’s decision. Your legal representative and the Department of Homeland Security will once more provide written arguments. In specific instances, your attorney may have the opportunity to present your case orally before a panel of three judges. If your appeal was turned down by the BIA, schedule a consultation with our
skilled immigration attorneys to guide you through the appeals procedure.
